We have been enjoying our new doctors surgery this week.

We have had lots of patients in nursery this week. We have been very lucky to have such excellent doctors and nurses to care for us.

We have been busy learning how to bandage our patients.

We have been using our stethoscopes to listen to our patients heartbeats.

Poor Miss Begley wasn't feeling very well this week.
We also drove our ambulance to help us to get to our patients quickly.

We have been very busy sorting compare bears, coloured counters and lots of different coloured objects this week.

Some of us enjoyed sorting them by size.

We enjoyed sorting them by colour too.

We had babies and bubbles in the water this week.
We had great fun with the bubbles and we were all very busy learning how to look after our babies and keep them nice and clean.
The police was a very popular theme in nursery again this week.

The children designed and made their own police car this week. They decided what colours they would like to use and what they thought a police car might need. They decided to add four brown wheels, four orange lights and a pink police sign.

We have parked the police car outside our new police station for the children to explore next week.

We changed our house corner into a bedroom this week.
The children in nursery enjoyed investigating our dressing gowns and slippers and reading bedtime stories before having a little nap!

We have had great fun exploring the loose parts station outside this week.
We had lots of energetic firefigthers who were keen to put out fires and keep us all safe.

We had great fun using our new talking telephone.

We really enjoyed speaking to each other on the telephone and telling each other about what we were planning to do during the session.

It was very successful and we are looking forward to using it again.
