Welcome Back to Term Four!

It's been a busy few weeks.
We can't quite believe we are at the beginning of week four already!
Here are a couple of pictures from last term that we wanted to share with you too.

The sun was shining and we were enjoying lots and lots of water fun on our last day of term three!

We had some very special visitors to the nursery too!
To get us in the mood for our Easter holidays, we were visited by some very cute and cuddly little chicks!

Back after the holidays and ready to get fit!
We have borrowed the 'peedie' gym equipment again.
The children are loving the physical play on the step machine, the running machine and the exercise bike.

Spring is in the air!
We have been busy planting cress seeds in the compost.
Many of us were keen to water them.
When they grow, many of us are looking forward to giving the cress a haircut with our scissors.
While many others are looking forward to playing with the dinosaurs in our cress jungle.

We are really excited to share these pictures with you!
Before the holidays, we created our own 'character' and decided to name him 'Roc Croc'
Our very talented local author and illustrator,Claire Macleod had been in to visit us and inspired us with her wonderful books.
During the holidays, Claire developed our character and made lots of magnetic clothes for us to play with.
We have had great fun dressing Roc Croc in lots of wonderful outfits!

If you are needing a new pair of shoes for the summer, pop in to our new shoe shop!
We are having great fun trying on new shoes, measuring our feet and matching the shoes in pairs.
The sun is shining and we were enjoying being outside in the lovely weather.
It was time for a small group challenge in the nursery.
Last Thursday, many of us listened to and enjoyed a story called 'There's a shark in the park!'
The nursery team thought they saw sharks outside when they came to school on Friday morning and were scared to go outside!
Luckily the children came to our rescue!
Many of us worked together as a team.
We showed super team work!
Using a range of equipment such as tyres, wooden planks and spots we created our own obstacle courses.
Our mission was to get from one side of the nursery playground to the other without touching the ground!

We did it! We saved everyone's toes from being nibbled by the sharks!
