Well that's the second week back after the holidays zooming in!!

What a super first couple of weeks back we have had in the nursery.

We are very proud of all our new starts who have settled so well and to our boys and girls who have returned and settled so well too!

Here's some pictures to let you know some of the many things we have been up to since the beginning of the term!

We have had some super imaginations creating wonderful building creations in the builders!
If you are needing an extension or a new house, you know where to phone!

Many of us have been busy developing our fine motor skills as we create models at the Lego too.
Some of us have used our imagination to make our own creations.
While others have matched the blocks using colour or size to make models from a picture.

Painting and Playdough have both been very popular in the art room.
We have had lots of delicious cakes and baking being produced at the playdough table.
Next week, following on from this interest we are planning to pop some flour in our sensory tray.

Outside play has been very popular and we have been enjoying the nice weather.
We have been enjoying exploring and digging in the sandpit.
While others have been busy painting and cleaning with the water and mops.

We have all been busy developing our fine motor control as we drew super pictures of ourselves!
Take a 'peep' at these super drawings as they are now decorating the tree in the entrance foyer.

 More Outdoor Fun!

On the tough spot we have been exploring and investigating bulbs, seeds and beans in the soil.
Some of us were keen to plant the bulbs.
Others were very keen to find out what was inside the beans and acorns!
We used our senses to rattle the acorns at our ears, we could hear something inside!

Pasta fun in the sensory tray!
We have been busy cooking up our tea in the sensory tray!
The pipes have been popular too for pouring and filling with the pasta.
We watched how fast the pasta could zoom through!

Baking and bun making have been very popular in our new role play house area.
We are loving our new curtains in our house too!

'What would you like to eat?'
Mud Kitchen cooking fun!

Some of us have been exploring numbers using the Numicom

Balancing fun and fun on the scooters and bikes too.

We have been enjoying the junk modelling in the art room too.
What super models we have been making!
We have also been working together and showing super team work!

Keep popping back to see what else is happening soon.
